Project Introduction
The Advanced Energy Science and Technology Guangdong Provincial Laboratory (Dongjiang Laboratory) is a government-supported research platform in Guangdong Province, primarily focused on new energy, energy storage technologies, and nuclear energy. The laboratory’s goal is to propel China’s leadership in global energy science and technology. However, with the ongoing upgrades to the laboratory’s equipment, vibration has become a significant problem that affects both research progress and precision, especially in the application of high-precision instruments where vibration interference can distort data.
Technical Challenges
Many of the research devices used at Dongjiang Laboratory need to operate in a high-precision and stable environment. However, vibration issues directly impact the accuracy of experiments and can even cause damage to the equipment. The high-precision instruments in the laboratory are highly sensitive to external vibrations, making it necessary to find a vibration isolation solution that is both effective in vibration absorption and durable enough for long-term use.
Our Solution
To meet the needs of Dongjiang Laboratory, we provided precisely designed and optimized spring vibration isolators. These isolators are made from high-strength automotive spring steel, which offers excellent compression resistance and durability.
